In 1966 in Vietnam, US and Australian forces are regaining control of Phuc Tuy Province. Despite the daily skirmishes and battles, an important lesson is learned when a Viet Cong unit decimates an ARVN convoy near Bình Ba. The enemy has supporters nearby Saigon and they must be rooted out. Using their specialist counter-insurgency techniques, the Australians launch a battalion-wide operation around the Bình Ba Commune. Moving stealthily on foot, they will cordon the area, controlling access in and out, so that Saigon specialist officers can locate VC sympathizers. These elite hunters are well trained and confident. However, they are caught off guard by a hunter killer team of Viet Cong assassins and the skirmish quickly escalates as Australian and ARVN Rangers take the fight to the enemy. The hunters have become the hunted as both sides seek to annihilate the other, with no quarter offered or given. This will be a fight to the death, and for the heart and soul of Bình Ba.
Black Ops Vietnam: ANZACS is an action-packed spin-off series from the Black Ops Vietnam series. It is a full-length novel by the bestselling authors of many historical and Spec Ops books, including the popular SEAL Team Bravo stories, Heroes of Afghanistan, Raider, and Echo Six titles.
